Soy Milk may not be all that?

A correspondent whom I respect has observed that converting to the consumption of soy milk may not be as life changing as I had portrayed.  

First, the quotes that I used are directly from the package- clearly an authority to be cited.  Just look at the picture to the right- is it not monolithic? Authoritative?  I have seen banks that look less substantial.

Second, if I appear paranoid because I think the food police are at my door, well, what am I to think?  Who else could it be?   The NEIGHBORS?  Oh pulease!  Don't be naive.
