Restaurant Review- Pei Wei

Reliably delicious. This quick-casual satelite of PF Chang cannot compete with Chinatown faves, but it makes us give a little whoop! when we stumble across one in our travels.

Dan Dan Noodles is my favorite. Chili sauce tempered by cucumber and bean sprouts makes a nice balance.

Service is special, with real attention to guest satisfaction. The red floor, wood trim and black accents are good feng shui. Their carryout operations are second to none. Best of all, the open kitchen adds a sense of freshness, drama and energy.

Go here when you can, return often. For my money it beats its parent, PF Chang.
