iPhone 4 pre order FAIL

Well, it is almost 4:00 PM on the west coast, and I have been working to get an order in all day.  Now news comes out that pre orders are closed, all sold out.  I am disappointed.  I have been looking forward to this for weeks, and now it looks like I will be waiting for a month.  Very disappointed.  The incompetence of how this was managed is staggering.  Apple seems to have sold out  the inventory.  So a big success is the bottom line.  But but in spite of all that, collateral angst is the "experience" for the rest of us.  Its a good thing its only a phone.  I will take a hike and forget it all.  Bastards.
