Johnny Rocket's Review

At every movie mall in America there is a Johnny Rockets. Their footprint is so small that the sales/sq.-ft. Is amazing. So how is the food?

Ground beef with a good ratio of fat? Flattened on a flat top at the right temp, left to carmelize nicely before flipping it makes a good burger. Onion and tomato slice, thousand island sauce, and the only flaw is the lazy shredded lettuce.

The fries are good quality frozen, 3/8 square cut, cooked at the right temperature in clean oil.

This is a good burger, served in a faux diner atmosphere, at QSR prices. Good value.
