OK, major lodge in Natl Park & no wifi? As they say "fail". But we press on with Blogpress offline.
First look as you arrive at Quinault is stunning turn of the century (19-20th) lodge town.
My first impression of the menu set by the $7 Truffled Gremolata Fries. OK, pretentious cuisine in the woods.
The smoked salmon Alfredo was very good. The chipotle chicken sandwich dry and flavorless. The Reuben fat and gristly. But we enjoyed the meal nonetheless.
The server was very nice and helpful. And the location very special.
Worth the drive, interestingly. But, not worth repeating it.
