Racist Toddlers Rampage in England!

OK, I wanted to make my next post one of my celebrated warm and fuzzy commentaries on crabbing, or life in the Northwest. But then this came along. Read it.

I know, the title of this post is misleading, but the mental picture is too good. And if toddlers can be racist, why can't they rampage? It's only a matter of time! And how do you stop them? Remember Chucky?
