Mini Restaurant Review- Toga's Soup House

This little gem is a converted home with a history as a full service boutique restaurant. The chef dialed back his headaches by converting to a lunch business featuring soups made from scratch.

We think he has struck a good balance, in the concept as well as his life. The b uilding is comfortable, warm and functional. The open kitchen lends itself to good counter service. The food and prices are on target for a high end fast casual concept. Sandwiches, b aked goods, salads and soups that are fresh and loaded with character.
