Getting non- English speaking tourists on a Horizon flight out of Santa Barbara I met a guy who was perhaps the worst person I have ever met who had a job.
He was at the Frontier desk working, so I asked him simply if Frontier and Horizon were related. His answer- They have different names, so of course they are separate airlines. So I ask- but doe the operate together like some others? Heavy sigh, I am busy here, I will help you when I am done. Which never happens.
The words were combative and curt, the attitude would have been well suites to a street buy of crack, maybe. What a schmuck.
