Local and luscious. When one wants to eat out on Monday in Sequim, choices are limited. Fortunately Nick and the people at Galare Thai are working. I hope they do well serving those who hunger on Monday.
The cooking is immediate and to the right doneness, so the vegs are delicious if not imaginative or authentic. Spice levels are right. The variety on the menu is as expected. I Deviated from my obsession with Thai curry to avail myself of the lunch specials. The value is quite good. But it is not curry.
