First Asparagus

We harvested enough new asparagus for a couple of portions last night- sweet, tender and flavorful. A little more delicately flavored than store bought- maybe a bit "brighter", is that acid? Color was very green.

Who Is The Exechobo

During the Depression, men went on the road to avoid the crushing weight of failed jobs, failed roles and bleak outlooks. They sought escape. Along the way, they discovered things, about the country, about the nature of fellow men, and about themselves.

My journey is similar to those hobos, but disguised as an executive, I enjoyed the luxury business class accommodations, and expense account meals. On my way, I began to learn more than I could use in my life. I started blogging to share and explore.
