Sept 13 Nantes to meet Matt

This morning began later than usual, 9:00 AM.The breakfast was very nicely laid out, and all the people staying at this little inn were present. The hostess presented us with delicious bread, pain au chocolat, brioche, butter, home made jam, and so on.

The atmosphere was lively and we enjoyed a very spirited discussion about the state of the world. We spent a couple if hours in deep discussion with Jean-Luc Artifoni. You should visit his shop in Sainte Antoine, Switzerland. His web site is www.artifolies.ch

It was fun, but soon we had to hit the road and head to Nantes to pick up Matt and Anna at the airport.

We made it with plenty of time to spare, but the plane was late. Therefore I was able to see online and send the first batch of posts to the blog.

Naturally it was great to see them! More about that topic later. We again went on the road to our destination.
