Fairmont Restaurant Review

This local diner is a landmark in Port Angeles. Located on 101 west of town, it is on the way to some great outdoor activities. We take the fact that the parking lot is always full as a good sign, and today stopped in.
I have to love any menu with the fortitude to have a section titled "Deep Fried". We had a Monte Cristo sandwich. It was perfectly cooked, light and crispy, tasty and well proportioned. Deelicious! The fries, though frozen, were very well cooked. They do know how to do deep fried here. I will go back.
